The sheriff’s published office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For a current inmate or roster question, the jail number is 660-679-5880. Ask for the records custodian and preferred request method when seeking a booking record or photo.
For an MSHP arrest report, use the MSHP search. For a court disposition, use Case.net or contact the Bates Circuit Clerk at 660-386-7776, option 2. A city arrest report should go to Butler, Adrian, or Rich Hill Police as the arresting agency requires. A state-supervision inquiry belongs with MODOC.
